Who I am
This website is operated by Imo Sands, a doula based in South East London ("I", "me", "my"). You can contact me at hello@imosands-doula.co.uk.
What data I collect
When you use the enquiry form, I collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email, optional phone number, approximate due date, the type of support you're interested in, how you heard about me, and your message.
Why I collect it & lawful basis
I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, and (if you go on to work with me) provide doula services. The lawful basis is your consent and, where relevant, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
How long I keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required for insurance or legal reasons. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed by my form provider (e.g. Formspree) and email provider purely to deliver your message to me. I may use a trusted backup doula, with whom essential details would only be shared with your knowledge.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@imosands-doula.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
